I joined Labcorp as a director of Corporate Controllership in November 2023. Prior to that, I was a senior manager at EY FAAS (Financial Accounting & Advisory Services) in Houston, Texas. At EY, I assisted clients with financial accounting matters, SEC reporting, accounting policies and US GAAP vs IFRS conversion, etc- From 2022 to today, I assisted my clients on 9+ business combinations under ASC805, including the Day 1 and Day 2 accounting and financial reporting as well as a few iterations of equity offerings and assisted with Article 11 pro formas- In the 20••••19 timeframe, I also assisted a few onshore/offshore drilling and oilfield services companies implement ASC 842 and ASC 606.
