I am responsible for ongoing strategy and improvement of end user technology within Inmarsat, ensuring employees have access to the tools and platforms they need to work collaboratively and effectively. The technology under our remit is used by every business unit, and every employee, so it’s important that we understand their needs of the end user technologies, and continually seek to enhance the technology and services provided to enable a great Digital Workspace.As Product Owner, Employee Digital Capabilities I am responsible for implementing and managing various capabilities adopted as part of the Employee Digital Workspace strategy specifically related to Office 365 platform, End User Devices, UCC, enterprise voice and other employee collaboration related components. I take full accountability for evolving the digital capabilities within its cope including working closely with suppliers to develop and maintain a product roadmap and ensure full in-life support for the various components is effectively governed. I engage with stakeholder working with multiple teams, architecture designs and security requirements to deliver at the highest quality. I continually review industry and market trends and Inmarsat needs and capabilities to develop and maintain a clear roadmap for the development and retirement of services is an important aspect and move to a more automated manner for digital workspace components.
