Aligned stakeholders and managed vendor relationships. • Worked closely with client and stakeholders to identify demo needs at events. • Transitioned quickly from physical events to virtual events amid COVID-19 crisis. • Provided status updates on event activations for org communications. • Coordinated demo execution plans, staffing, and devices for the demo labs and traveling demos for events. • Took ownership of all documents that are produced in support of the event to ensure accuracy, thoroughness, and timely delivery.
