Perform testing and releasing of samples under GMP/GLP environment as per company’s standard operating procedures and USP/FDA guidelines. • Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process and final container human plasma derivates, raw materials, and other process intermediate samples. • Review and approve routine and non-routine analyses for all the samples previously mentioned. • Actively helping supervisors to monitor and optimize inventory, and scheduling of routine and non-routine assays. • Analyze and interpret data, prepare technical reports, and track nonconformance results by using CAPA systems. • Train and mentor junior quality control personnel on GMP and GLP guidelines, FDA requirements, and other safety protocols in order to comply with public and private regulations. • Collaborate with all laboratory supervisors as well as the methods department to identify and resolve issues related to analytical testing, upgrade existing analytical methods, or develop new assays in order to comply with internal and external audits. • Grifols Biologicals Development Program 2023. Leadership tools and skills to develop new managers and supervisors within the organization.
