As a Director of the Impact Lab at Dimagi India, I lead a passionate and diverse team committed to harnessing technology to create meaningful social impact. My work focuses on designing and scaling digital health solutions, including AI-powered innovations, while leveraging data, technology, and evidence to improve public health outcomes in low- and middle-income countries.My experience spans mental health, maternal and child health, immunization, and pandemic response. Recently, I’ve been focused on using AI-driven tools to tackle challenges like increasing self-efficacy in family planning and supporting frontline health workers\' mental wellbeing. I’ve also contributed to national-scale mobile health implementations, conducted field-based research, and developed digital solutions addressing complex public health challenges.Prior to Dimagi, I served as a Fulbright-Nehru Researcher in India and collaborated with software-focused social enterprises in both India and the United States, gaining valuable cross-cultural experience and deep insights into leveraging technology for global health impact.
