ABOUT LILIANA CAVATORTA

With 20-year experience in the financial sector and insurance business, I love challenges and new projects. I developed extensive knowledge in advisory support to Board and CEO, Risk management, Solvency II & Basel II, strategic planning, financial analysis, and corporate governance. My in-depth knowledge of markets and specialties is combined with high versatility, a creative spirit, and the ability to manage interpersonal relationships and coach and develop teams. Having held various roles in diverse sectors (insurance, banking, asset management, manufacturing) and worked in the personal staff of the Group CEO in the challenging phase of the creation of a new group through the integration of two large organizations, I had the opportunity to gain a holistic vision and a thorough understanding of business management and strategic planning. These skills, combined with a strong determination, positive energy, and innovation, made and make me particularly suited to positions of start-ups of new activities or change management projects as well as staff activities in support of strategic decisions. Currently, I am Head of Reputational and Emerging Risks and Reputational & Emerging Risk Observatory at Unipol Group, completing my professional profile with the creation of a strategic and holistic framework for these categories of risk and the development of skills as an \"uncertainty manager\" with an integrated view on risks and opportunities. I\'m a researcher as a futurist, intended as a \"photographer of the becoming\", developing the ability to see the signals of changes before they happen, to anticipate and lead the future.
