I recently transitioned into this role where I\'ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to design and perform experiments that drive research and development of novel therapeutics and biotechnologies for newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit. This includes the development and optimization of cellular assays, including data analysis and presentation, designed to evaluate the efficacy of potential therapeutics.
