As a dynamic catalyst business leader and senior partner at Deloitte, I empower clients and teams to thrive in a rapidly changing world. My global perspective and technical expertise are grounded in the U.S. and international experience across San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Tokyo, Beijing, Hong Kong, and New York. I translate complex business, international tax, and regulatory challenges into clear, actionable strategies for multinational clients, family offices, High-net-worth individuals, PE/VC firms, and MNCs. As Asia Pacific cross-border services leader, I oversee Deloitte’s services for clients investing in and out of Asia and the U.S, delivering practical solutions in investment structuring, IP planning, M&A, and succession planning. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, I understand the unique needs of Asia Pacific clients. A recognized community builder and connector, I serve on the Board of Huayuan Science and Technology Association (Silicon Valley) and the Advisory Board of China-Business Alliance (New York). I founded the Women in Leadership Chapter in Hong Kong, and am deeply committed to elevating emerging leaders, women, and minorities into senior executive and corporate board roles. I am proud to be the first China-born woman admitted to partnership at Deloitte Tax LLP and honored to be a member of the Committee of 100—a leadership organization of prominent Chinese Americans.
