I put people first in all the work that I do. I have a background in strategic design, with a BFA in Service Design. As a design–driven strategist and creative, I center community-voice in my work to build programs and experiences that are both inclusive and equitable in their foundation.My work blends analytical research with a collaborative, design-led process — from uncovering user insights through various listening activities, to prototyping and testing solutions that align organizational goals with user needs. I’ve worked across industries, partnering with brands, nonprofits, and civic organizations to untangle complex systems into intuitive human experiences.
