ABOUT LILAS ABUELHAWA
Advocating for others was a skill I needed to learn early on and start implementing in my day-to-day life to become a successful attorney. While in law school, I took tangible steps to ensure my peers\' voices were being heard by constantly standing up for them and putting on Implicit Bias Workshops and Trainings. Additionally, I worked to empower the local communities\' voices by completing over 150 hours of pro bono work while in law school.Now that my law school career has come to an end, I will continue my pursuit of advocating for others through the work that I do.
