Collaborate closely with HR Leaders and stakeholders in Tech, Marketing, and Operations global functions employees) to help to drive strategic talent initiatives - Provide administrative coordination for the onboarding of interns and apprentices: document collection, contract preparation, and communication with the payroll team- Consolidate and maintain data quality in Workday- Contribute to Talent and Performance (global onboarding, analysis/slide decks for performance, merit & bonus and talent campaigns, for all 3 functions)- Track key performance indicators related to workforce management- Support with creation of communication on key HR campaigns, HR Community calls and Engagement/wellbeing topics- Organize onboarding sessions for the Tech function and support the development of e-learning content.
