It is my passion to serve as a collaborative leader and solve real-life complex problems that result in tangible outcomes and a delightful customer experience.My Key Achievements include: Responsible for building & managing a team of several hundred internal and external members, overseeing the IT & CoE function across Kubota North America encompassing 6 entities, including all Whole-goods & Parts business processes and applications, proactively mitigating business risks, utilizing best practices, cloud infrastructure (Azure), helpdesk (ITSM, ServiceNow), network, security, and compliance Managed operational & capital budgets for the IT function, defining and executing a strategic IT roadmap of new transformation projects, including SAP, Apriso MES, Service Cloud (SalesForce), B2B e-Commerce, Data Lake, Advanced Analytics (AI/ML) & Dealer Business Systems Leveraged expertise to advise & lead the SVP in business transformation for a US healthcare provider, leading critical projects including an ERP selection (Workday, Dynamics 365, SAP), implementing RPA to drive sales by auto-patient confirmations on referral sites Led the global Journey to Cloud CoE with Azure, AWS, and Google as a Managing Director at Accenture, driving Cloud Transformation programs with several large customers resulting in operational savings of more than $100MM within less than 3 years Established the global SAP HANA practice and S/4HANA CoE from scratch, leading and delivering several S/4 transformation engagements successfully, and driving enablement, recruitment, and career development of of SAP practitioners with this new skillset Developed Enterprise Architecture and BPM competency, built industry solution assets, & led a large outsourcing engagement for a Medical Devices firm Designed, Developed, and Launched a new SaaS web & mobile application for an Insurance Services Provider in Europe to help differentiate by launching innovative online offerings using agile, modern microservices architecture and embedded intelligence (AI/ML)Contact me through this profile if you wish to connect
