Promoted as Executive within 3 weeks of joining the company. • Responsible for stock planning all the ingredients (close to a used for manufacturing all of TROPIC\'s products. Ensuring that we have continuous adequate stock for production. • Liaising with international suppliers (around 150 of them in total) for lead times, quotations, POs, status of Pos • Link between R&D team and Supply chain team in developing new formulations, new launches. • Stock analysis & management: expired stock, slow move stock, delisted stock, active stock. • Responsible for creating new codes and BOMs and to upload on ERP system. • Liaising with Quality team and warehouse team on status of the ingredients delivered, supplier faults etc, extending shelf life of the ingredients if possible. • Identifying bottle necks and constraints in the process. Setting up of new processes and guidelines to reduce these constraints.
