I had conducted PD for 5 lakhs - 1cr LA Cases. Deal with various products in both HL/LAP- Evaluate the creditworthiness of an individual who is seeking a loan- Credit Underwriting of the Individual Capacity and Collateral and Elevating individual through All C’s Of Credit by Conducting PD’s After Generating CIBILs. Conducting PD and doing Credit analysis and Budget analysis and business analysis and verifying doc\'s and analysis Customer docs like BS, ITR, GST fillings, Form 16 and TDS etc. and also checking basic Legal flow of property at the time of Property visits and technical too with them- Credit Assessment – Income Analysis, CIBIL Analysis and Scrutiny of Financial Documents necessary to assess the loan Parameters by Preparing CAM of Customers- Managing the good quality of portfolio and ensuring the minimum debt. Involve in rigorous collection and help in the debt recovery from various buckets- Co-ordinate with Legal and Technical vendors for processing the loan- Mentored the new employees to improve their efficiency- Responsible for TAT of delivering sanction and disbursement- Operations - Disbursement process and Loan processing and Loan Documentation. Making sure disbursement happens in FTR. Double checking updating Disbursement Bank accounts. Etc.
