In my role, I was extensively involved in managing projects and customizing software within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 framework. Additionally, I oversaw the collection of infrastructure information and its deployment, developed intricate reports using SSRS, and implemented custom plugins, workflows, and actions within CRM. My expertise extended to WinForms development, creating WCF services, and crafting Power BI dashboards, coupled with adeptness in SQL Server technologies and performance optimization. Furthermore, I facilitated integration with SharePoint online and on-premise environments, championed Agile methodologies, and managed organization setups across various environments. Finally, I provided crucial support for the production environment, ensuring prompt resolution of CRM-related issues to uphold smooth operations
