Implement, train, and brief teams on Project requirements, and the Turnbull Quality Management System, i.e. plans, procedures, guides, templates, Field View, etc. and develop training materials.• Provide guidance, review, and comment on the preparation of deliverables such as Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans, Quality Records, Records Templates and other quality execution records.• Ensure non-conformance in products and processes is properly managed, the cause is properly identified, and correction and corrective actions are properly defined and implemented.• Review and approve Quality records as part of the Lifetime Quality records for the Client\'s approval: Ensure that records show traceability of the works.• Track and support the Handover process near completion in relation to records and outstanding works.• Prepare the Handing-over and Partitioning Strategy and submit it to the client for approval.• Monitor quality outputs/KPIs and support the team to progress works through continuous improvement.• Intervene when the quality of work is at risk or has been affected and escalate to the senior management level as appropriate to ensure proper resolution.• Identify improvements, define related actions, and then follow up on their implementation.• Promote the various management policies, objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)• Identify the gaps present in the management, documentation and project execution levels from the quality perspective, rewrite the existing procedures and/or prepare new procedures accordingly.• Create the client-approved Quality Document Template in Field View being a super user.• Conduct Field View General User training for teams.
