   Design sheet metal cases, motion systems, and mounts for mirror, lens, laser, screens, PCBs, PSU etc. using SolidWorks, test prototypes, improve designs by DFMA methods and cost optimization, finally put into production- Manage multiple product upgrade and cost reduction projects simultaneously, optimize designs within limitations, build and validate prototypes, design and build fixtures for testing, QC and assembling- Support operation teams to perform IQC/OQC to ensure the quality of incoming/outgoing materials- Assist operation and technical support teams in troubleshooting to assure products work properly. Request supplier correction actions, improve designs or improve production procedures to avoid failures- Source and work with oversea suppliers to get products within specs and budgets, get desired manufacturing processes. Collaborate with international OEM partners in changing designs, analyzing failures, testing, improving product quality and production efficiency- Generate and manage engineering documents such as 3D models, 2D drawings (GD & T), wire harness drawings, BOMs, ECOs, work instructions, QC procedures, IQC standards, defect reports, etc- Collaborate with software team, design and layout PCBs using Altium.
