ABOUT RICH AMOS

I am an average guy who has a passion for playing my part in making the world more human. My natural habitat is when I am alongside people and communities:| building and nurturing human to human relationships| supporting the rise of aspirations| developing ways to become empowered. The world in which we live, conditions us with theories of conformity, separation between \'work\' and \'personal\' lives and multiple approaches to what we mean by success. The way I operate is to unleash creative nature in ourselves, reset mindsets to embracing people for who they are as humans and never be afraid of the unknown - as treading footsteps for the first time gives us a lifetime book of experiences.I have become a public speaker, addressing audiences by myself or as part of a panel, on a range of topics:2023- October - Agile Homes - Radical Housing Conference - speaking about the role housing has on lives and how to imbed coproduction- September - ADASS West Mids - ADASS Leadership Summit - as part of a panel about regional Lived Experience Coaching- July - Chartered Institute of Housing - Housing 2023 - speaking about the role housing has on lives and how to imbed coproduction- May - Technology Services Association (TSA)- My Home, My Care, My Way: North East Edition - speaking about the connection between health, housing and social care- April - Think Local Act Personal Associate - ADASS Spring Seminar - as part of a panel about personalisation - April - HousingLIN - HappiHour - about how coproduction can be used in the role suitable housing has on our lives- March - Technology Services Association (TSA)- International ITEC Conference - keynote address2022September - Technology Services Association (TSA)- My Home, My Care, My Way: West Midlands Edition - speaking about the connection between health, housing and social care
