Payal is a Seeker, Holistic Life Coach, Parenting Coach, Speaker, Facilitator, Expert Columnist(Parenting at momspresso). Payal helps people to empower themselves so that they lead happier, contented and meaningful lives. Payal especially works with parents & supports them in building better connect first with themselves & then with their children resulting in harmonious homes. Payal has the vision to bring a shift in the thought process of the society at large, where we are more focused on self-empowerment, peace and harmony so that world can be a better place to live.Payal has been developing human potential through her training’s, coaching & mentoring sessions for the last eight years & for the last five years, Payal has been focusing completely on conducting Holistic Life Coaching & Parenting sessions and has been handling all kinds of psychological/emotional distress cases. Equipped with a Masters in Computers, she started her career in software development. Payal’s interest in management & people development grew from the opportunities she got to train and mentor people in her roles and encouraged her to develop her facilitation skills.
