With over three decades of experience in military acquisition and program management, I currently lead the U.S. Army\'s acquisition workforce of professionals as the Military Deputy (MILDEP) to the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology (ASA AL & T). My work is driven by a commitment to delivering innovative, mission-critical solutions that support global operational readiness. By aligning strategic goals with operational execution, I aim to empower teams, foster collaboration, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while advancing the Army\'s modernization priorities. In my current role, I oversee a $35B annual budget focused on research, development, testing, and deployment of advanced capabilities for the Army\'s present and future mission needs. Partnering with diverse stakeholders, I provide strategic guidance on contracting, technology decisions, and program management. My leadership in acquisition policy and foreign military sales ensures our team delivers results that align with global mission objectives and customer requirements.
