I’ve spent most of my career in business operations and chief of staff roles, but everything clicked into place when I unexpectedly stepped into the world of data. What started as a necessity quickly became a passion, not just for the numbers, but for the strategy, storytelling, and clarity that well-handled data can unlock.At Wind River, I’ve built a data team and led two major data transformations: first by digitally transforming and democratizing data across the organization in 2020, and more recently by revolutionizing how stakeholders interact with data through visualization and narrative. These experiences confirmed that data has been the throughline of my work all along.In every operations role, I naturally gravitate toward collecting, organizing, and presenting data to make better decisions and drive action. My cross-functional experience gives me a deep understanding of key performance indicators across multiple business units, and my engineering background adds much needed discipline, structure, and automation to the data stack. Together, these skills shape a perspective that’s both strategic and hands-on.I thrive in complexity and ambiguity and in building the systems, stories, and solutions that turn data into direction. This helps me, and in turn, the companies I work for, to make confident, informed decisions in uncertain and fast-changing environments.    As the Sr. Director of Business Insights at Wind River, I collaborated with cross-functional leaders in order to build actionable dashboards to track and build their business. My responsibilities include: Serve as a head of Data Governance Committee, ensuring data consistency, policy and compliances across the entire organization Ensure continuous improvements in the data stack infrastructure by implementing CI/CD Recruited and mentored a team of Data Engineers, Analysts, and Architects Launched a modern data stack as a Single Source of Truth for all internal Data in six months
