Working as a Salesforce Analyst for Action For Children, I play an integral role in providing development and administration on Salesforce - working as part of a team to design technical solutions, system development and system administration. I provide support for our Salesforce users, design and build reports and dashboards to meet business needs and design and build workflows according to requirements. My role also requires me to design, test, build and support new functionality that is introduced to the system while consulting with our stakeholders regarding system functionality and usability to enhance user experience.I have recently been heavily involved in the integration of Service Cloud for the business, replacing an outdated ticket system. My experience in user training and support as well as knowledge with permission sets, sharing rules and case management has proven useful for supporting the team in this huge step. An excellent experience allowing me the chance to enhance my skills in service and experience cloud.
