In this role I help to oversee and drive quality and food safety strategies and compliance at our Cambridge manufacturing facility. I work with our shift leaders to drive preventive control compliance as well as our quality agenda to ensure we are always producing a high quality and safe product for our consumers. Additionally, I lead and support several internal and external food safety audits, such as AIB and FSSC while helping to develop a robust quality and food safety culture within the plant.
