I believe that equity must be at the heart of collaborative efforts to overcome socioeconomic barriers and issues of race, gender and identity that persist in national and global policy regarding education and upward mobility. My work is motivated by challenging the status quo and advocating for systemic and inclusive research-based practices that ensure high levels of success.
