Coordinate the execution of trades for the Clean Products, Ethanol, and Heavy Products desks.• Maintain continuous communication with suppliers, receivers, customers, service providers, and all relevant parties involved in operational execution.• Facilitate and support the preparation of necessary documentation for vessel voyages, loading, and discharge operations, including but not limited to Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Voyage Orders, Surveyor Nominations, Letters of Credit, and Invoices.• Proactively identify potential operational issues to minimize financial impact on P&L.• Monitor the internal system daily to ensure accurate reporting of volume, pricing, and dates.• Review Cargo Certificates of Quality for various products, including multiple grades of Ethanol, ULSD, Gasoline, and Fuel Oil.• Collaborate effectively with Traders, operations team, trading support, accounting, and finance to ensure seamless information flow.• Analyze and review the vessel’s stowage plan to optimize voyage space and adhere to terminal facility limitations and regulations.• Perform month-end reconciliations for product storage management, in-transit inventory reporting, and volume forecasting.• Maintain organized records of documentation to support post-operation analysis and assist with internal audit requirements.
