I recently graduated with a Master of Science in Digital Education, where my dissertation research focused on creating inclusive online learning spaces that foster critical thinking skills in diverse and playful environment. I am creative, decisive and always open to quickly incorporate new knowledge and skills. I am lifelong learner, there\'s always room for improvement, but that challenge excites me and motivates me to keep growing.Born and raised in Barcelona (Trilingual Catalan, Spanish and English). The last years I have been working in the tech industry in great cities where I have gained the ability to be flexible and adapt to technologies and processes. My personal and professional background give me the skill to communicate effectively in a variety of context and across a multidisciplinary team, how to understand audience needs and present ideas in a clear and engaging way- Knowledge of theoretical and practical learning theories. Experience developing curriculum and instructional training plans as well as creating pedagogical guidelines and corresponding educational materials- Manage a data bank to create excellent monitoring and evaluation processes to evaluate the engagement and success of participants.Experience working with different LMS platforms such as Blackboard, Totara, or Moodle. Also content management platforms like WordPress or Drupal- Knowledge of relevant software like video or image editing (iMovie, OBS or Photoshop), presentation tools (PowerPoint, Articulate Rise, Genially or Canva), or other testing software like Selenium or Cucumber- Organization skills ability to handle deadlines and perform in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results for a variety of clients- Experience working independently, be self-motivated and be aware of my own areas of strengths, and able to self-evaluate areas for development and additional learning. As well as having to be creative when the situation was required, for example solving problems when teaching a class, managing people or dealing with different tech issues- Working as a QA tester I have developed my organization skills. The role required me to be very detail-oriented, with the ability to handle deadlines and perform in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results for a variety of clients.
