Main purpose(s) of job:Define testing process for the company.Recruit professionals for the QA teamOverseeing the Software QA test team and ensuring software deliverables are fully tested and meet specified requirements.Assist in the career development of QA team membersDefining and executing a clear SW Test Strategy incorporating manual & automated testing and a data-driven approach.Main tasks and duties:Defining and executing Software Test strategy to ensure software deliverables meet requirements.Leading the QA test team, mentoring and coaching team members.Defining TestRail test cases based on business requirements.Executing manual tests (functional, security, performance, API).Overseeing delivery of automated test cases.Creating and verifying defects in Jira, working with development team for resolution.Presenting key testing metrics and activities.Driving continuous QA and SW improvements with the Software team.Assisting Support in troubleshooting customer issues.
