Initiate Funds transfers between entities in a daily bases• Review and verify the accuracy of Vendor bill postings based on Purchase orders, agreements, make sure bank accounts set up is verified in order to prepare Vendor payment run• Initiate ACH, Wire transfer payments • Manage Corporate company credit card transactions• Review and post Bank transactions, prepare Bank Reconciliations for Month End Close process• Closely work with Accounts Payable, Procurement and Treasury team to make sure all the Vendor bills are posted and paid on time and there are no overdue payments • Regularly make Vendor balance reconciliation for Major Vendors Including Google • Support in Audit Processes • Other duties as assigned
