Solely responsible for defining, designing, and managing the psychometric strategic vision, including exam design, development, sustainment, and statistical analysis for all Microsoft Certified Role-Based, Specialty, and Fundamentals certification exams. Provide psychometric oversight and guidance on key decisions about certification program design and structure. Influence the direction of our Microsoft Office certification program. • Actively manage and maintain customer satisfaction with Microsoft certification exams and overall program. Seen as key resource for survey design, planning, and analysis to ensure actionable results. • Implemented a sustained engineering and quality assurance program that includes reviewing and updating our cloud based exams every two months, exam candidate customer satisfaction survey results quarterly, and item/exam challenges as needed. Partner with our business partners and determine appropriate actions to correct issues. • Developed key performance indicators that are used to establish the quality of items and exams across Microsoft certification programs. Manage customer satisfaction with certification exams and program. • Design, develop, and implement innovative approaches to identifying and mitigating test fraud, including exam \"inoculation,\" continuous publication, cloning, etc. strategies. • Developed innovative approaches to task analysis, item development, item selection, and standard setting that resulted in programmatic cost savings. Regularly identify and pilot test new and innovative item types to evaluate their psychometric performance. Incorporate into our exam development process as appropriate. • Manage psychometric vendor(s). • Evangelize exam and certification related information to our candidates. Actively seek additional opportunities to hear the “voice of the customer.” Drive this feedback into exam design, development, and sustainment activities.
