ABOUT LIBBY NAYLOR

Hi, I\'m Libby. I am a conscientious and outgoing second year student studying International Tourism Management, with a deep passion for hospitality and travel. With a global mindset, I’m actively seeking opportunities within the tourism and hospitality industry. My experience includes working in Customer Service at Manchester Airport, where I ensure to provide an outstanding passenger experience. I also have two years of experience working in hospitality as a crew member at McDonalds where I gained customer service experience, developed my communication and organisation skills, and learned how to work efficiently as a team. I also had the opportunity to complete work experience at a hotel, which allowed me to gain experience in hospitality working in different aspects of the hotel such as; reception, sales and marketing, food and beverage, and housekeeping. This led me to learn more about the tourism industry and gave me an insight into how it works. I have experience working both independently and as a team. My academic background has provided hands-on insights into sustainable tourism, customer service strategies, and international travel trends. I love connecting with people and believe in creating memorable experiences. Studying International Tourism Management is allowing me to dive deeper into the inner workings of the tourism industry and allows me to develop my knowledge and understanding which will help me in my future career. My dream is to bring my education and experience to the travel and hospitality sector - contributing to tourism experiences that are innovative and unforgettable.
