Leadership, Management, and Accountability Provide oversight, management, fundraising and coordination of the organization’s day to day operations in fulfillment of its mission. Working closely with the Board, key stakeholders and partners, Provide visibility in the local community, collaborating with other organizations, donors and partners to further the mission. Development/Fundraising Develop and execute an annual Charitable fundraising plans, projects and events to increase revenue, including grants, foundation support, corporate sponsorships, and gifts from individual donors. Identify prospective donors, cultivate, and maintain excellent long-term relationships with them via campaigns and other outreach initiatives.Financial Supervision & Compliance Generate annual budgets, timely financial reports, identify anomalies, highlight critical components, present to the board, and offer potential ideas/solutions. Supervise Financial and Accounting functions, including minor monthly data entry into QuickBooks. Working with outside Accounting Firm and the Bookkeeper manage and report on WYTv7’s accounts, tax filings, and other financial functions.Working with outside legal contractors, supervise the administration and filing of any needed legal.
