As a Human Resources Manager at Bastian Solutions, I leverage my SHRM-CP certification and my master\'s degrees in Organizational Leadership and Change Management and Human Resources Management to support the company\'s growth and transformation. I have over six years of experience in the HR field, working with various industries and businesses, including asphalt manufacturing, construction, and staffing. I have developed and implemented HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company\'s vision and values, such as talent acquisition and retention, employee engagement and development, benefits and compensation, and legal compliance. I have also been involved in M&A due diligence and integration, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive culture for all stakeholders.
