As Head of Workplace at Signature Career Management, I bring together people, culture, and creativity to make that experience positive, inspiring, and meaningful.With over a decade of experience in HR and operations, I’ve learned that success comes from a mix of strategic thinking and genuine human connection. I’m CIPD qualified and still as passionate as ever about championing wellbeing, career growth, and recognition, because people are at the heart of everything we do. quite literally in Recruitment, so if our people are happy, they can make a positive impact to others too. In my current role, I wear many hats (and I love it)! From shaping our HR strategy and leading new initiatives, to organising workplace events, steering our marketing efforts, and even keeping our website running smoothly. I work closely with our leadership team to build a culture where every individual feels supported and empowered to thrive.I’m driven by the belief that small actions can create big change.
