Executive Lead to Kpmg s Non-executive Directors and Regulatory Affairs Director @KPMG UK

I am the executive lead to KPMG’s six independent non-executives, who make up the Public Interest Committee and the Audit Board. I help drive the agenda for these Committees to meet regulatory requirements, while ensuring the non-executives get the information they need on public interest decisions and audit quality related matters. I have also recently redesigned our regulatory affairs horizon scanning team, helping the business to stay ahead and informed of regulatory change impacting the business. I am co-secretariat to the Policy and Reputation Group (PRG), which brings together representatives from the large UK audit firms to develop an understanding of evolving public interest issues and how these might be addressed to help maintain confidence in the profession to support the UK economy, and to participate constructively in shaping public policy.
