   My position working at Ernst & Young requires a high level of precision to ensure our large budgets are maintained correctly. I manage 65% of our entire portfolio. This includes analyzing our internal resource costs, fee/margin projections, scenario planning, conducting credit collection assessments, leading weekly calls with our leadership team and highlighting any key findings from our US and EMEA teams. For each project I am solely responsible for tracking every invoice, expense, and hour that gets charged. This is a huge responsibility based off my volume of sales alone. I always look for new ways to up-level my role, so over the past year I have been training several new offshore resources to help me in my role. This gives me more time to help our leadership team.
