I\'ve spent 15 years as a professional people connector with the last decade focused on working with and at some of the most admired technology companies.By day, I am a Talent Director, connecting the world to the right resources and chartering new territory on culture, diversity, equity and inclusion fronts. By night, I advise start ups on talent strategies as well as tap into my love for coaching first generations on how to build rewarding careers. Often, you can find me exploring the world and actively learning how to create a life I don\'t need a vacation from.
