I collaborate closely with Board and Committee Secretaries and am often the go to person when things get complex or unexpected, bringing calm, clarity, and a solutions-focused mindset.Outside the formal governance world, I help coordinate leadership offsites, team dinners, and engagement activities that keep people connected and aligned.
