In my role as UK Resourcing Lead, I act as the Head of Recruitment for Shell in the UK, overseeing end‑to‑end talent attraction and shaping talent acquisition strategy for all UK‑based roles across Shell’s key businesses. I am accountable for both Experienced Hire and Early Careers recruitment, leading a team of Recruiters to deliver high‑quality hires in accordance with ambitious KPIs.My role involves partnering closely with business leaders, as well as Country and Business HR teams, Talent Advisors, Employer Brand & DE & I, and HR Operations, to ensure we attract, engage, and select top talent that supports Shell’s strategic priorities.As a member of the Shell UK HR Leadership Team, I also contribute to shaping broader people strategies and organisational priorities at a country level.
