I am now with Samsung USA as a 3GPP RAN1 delegate from UE modem chip side, leading the topics on NR Network Energy Saving and ISAC, previously on NR Redcap, NR-U at 60 GHz, and NR small data transmissions. I have 12 years working experience in 3GPP RAN1 and RAN2 standards from LTE,5G NR, and 6G with 100+ patents granted. I was a senior researcher at Ericsson Research in Stockholm, Sweden. I was actively working on 3GPP LTE and NR RAN standardization, covering LTE sidelink and NR sidelink for V2X, NR IAB, and NR Public Safety.Prior to that, I was a senior researcher at Huawei European Research Center and at NTT DOCOMO Eurolab in Munich.Prior to that, I was a postdoc researcher at Aalborg University and research engineer at Nokia Research, Aalborg. In 2009, I graduated with a PhD degree on Wireless Networks from Technical University of Denmark (DTU), Lyngby.I was born in Nanchang, Jiangxi province, a peaceful city in Southern China.Specialties: 6G, 5G-NR, Integrated sensing and communication, Network Energy Saving. NR Unlicensed, Redcap, MTCV2X, Device-to-Device Communications- Heterogneous radio network deployment research, cost and energy efficient future radio access network architechture, consist of Macro / Micro / Femto cell and WiFi network (802.11g/n/ac)- HSPA, LTE, LTE-Advacned - Wireless Peer-to-Peer Content Distribution, Delay-Tolerant Networks.
