At Railslove, I help shape digital products from first idea to launch and everything in between.My role sits at the intersection of design, product and people: I work closely with clients, developers and PMs to figure out what we’re building, why it matters, and how we get there together.I care about creating clarity: in product direction, in design decisions, and in collaboration. I lead UX work, facilitate discovery, set up design systems, and support others in doing great work.Over time, my role has expanded into more strategic and cross-functional areas: structuring processes, enabling teams, and increasingly exploring how Agentic AI can support both product work and organizational workflows.For me, it’s not just about designing interfaces; it’s about shaping the way teams work, make decisions and use technology to create lasting impact.I’ve been with Railslove for several years now, starting as a product designer, then growing into more strategic and cross-functional roles over time.
