I have been told that I think like a customer. When a customer picks up the phone or gets on their computers they have one goal in mind. My first goal has always been to make sure that my customers get what they need from me. When I start a new position, I want to learn everything. The devil is often in the details. I like to learn the processes from start to finish, why something is done the way it is done. If there is a need and the job allows for improvements, I like to collaborate with the team to find ways we can streamline processes and implement better ways for everyone. I am a list taker, a planner, an organizer, I like to organize my day and manage my time wisely. Common Sense goes a long way.In general, I strive to contribute to the success of an organization through my many transferable skills and to enable me to apply my education, creativity, personal talents, and relevant work and volunteer experiences. I also encourage the position to challenge me to learn and improve.When I am not in business mode, I am in family or play mode. I take pride in doing a little bit of everything. In my triangle of interests, I can be content at home crafting, playing team sports with my besties, or family fun fishing, camping and motor sporting it up in the Northwoods.
