ABOUT LIANA PELLEGRINO

I am deeply committed to advancing equity, representation, and culturally responsive education. With over a decade of experience in K–12 leadership, I specialize in developing and guiding educators to deliver high-quality, identity-affirming instruction that empowers both students and communities. My Core Beliefs: Schools should reflect the diverse lived experiences of our scholars. Every student deserves to see themselves represented and valued. Leadership must be inclusive, socially just, and identity-affirming. I work to build systems that offer both mirrors and windows into the world—where practices evolve to meet every learner’s needs. Passion Project: Interior Design In addition to my work in education, I find joy and creative balance through interior design. I believe creative expression is a powerful outlet that complements and enhances my leadership. Designing warm, functional spaces—at school or at home—helps me foster environments where people feel seen, supported, and inspired.
