MSc in Sustainable Viticulture and Enology | Wine Production & Wine Science CommunicationTrained in sustainable viticulture and enology at Università Cattolica in Piacenza, Italy, with a focus on both traditional and modern approaches to vineyard and cellar work.Now based in Northern Michigan, working in wine production and continuing to build hands-on experience across the full winemaking process, with a particular interest in cool-climate expression.Sustainability sits at the center of this work—guided by a respect for natural systems and a belief that thoughtful decisions in the vineyard and winery shape wines that feel true to their place.Alongside production, I run Liana Rose Wine LLC, a platform dedicated to wine science communication and education.
