As an Offshore Commissioning Supervisor, I am responsible for leading daily commissioning activities on a wind farm and ensuring all work was carried out safely and in line with the commissioning plan. I work closely with the team to refine operational systems and improve site management. My role involves verifying permits, AWPs, OSDs, and CSDs to ensure they match the specific tasks at hand. Additionally. I provided technical support to field teams, helping them efficiently tackle punch list tasks.Given are some of my aim contributions during this tenure:* Reviewed and authorised documentation for WTG energisation and subsequent handover to customer.* Ensured timely availability of resources for planned tasks and minimised downtime by streamlining material requisition process.* Enhanced operational efficiency of the wind farm by actively participating in site management and incorporating team feedback.* Successfully managed completion of commissioning phases, ensuring all tasks adhered to the strategic plan and safety standards.
