I lead the digital service for the Great Grid Upgrade, one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure programmes.I’m accountable for how digital enables the planning, development and delivery of major electricity transmission projects,ensuring the right capabilities, platforms and ways of working are in place to support pace, quality and value.My focus is on practical, outcome-driven digitisation: aligning technology, data and governance to help teams make better decisions, reduce risk and deliver complex infrastructure at scale.I work closely with executive leadership, delivery partners and regulators to embed digital as a core part of how major projects are developed and delivered not as an add-on.
