About Liam Oconnor
Public health and accounting are two passions of mine. Growing up I dreamed of becoming a great healthcare professional but in the recent years my aspirations have changed. I want to help people but on a bigger platform. Rather than a one on one approach I can help more by creating policy and prevention programs to reach those of all different socioeconomic statuses. I can also help many from a business perspective. I can use my skills to help anyone who may need it.I believe my experience in the golf industry has played a great role on why I got so interested in accounting. I chose accounting because it is the language of money and almost everything revolves around this career path. I am hoping to continue my education and graduate with my MBA and BSPH from La Salle University. That way I can come back and support future explorers as a member of the alumni and inspire many to find what they love. It surely took me some time but I am so happy of where I am today.
