ABOUT LIAM MCDONAGH

I’m Liam McDonagh — a driven and analytically minded professional with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate and a Master of Science in Business Analytics, both from the University of Colorado Boulder. My graduate studies at the Leeds School of Business equipped me with hands-on experience in data modeling, SQL, Python, Tableau, and predictive analytics — skills I’m eager to apply in dynamic, data-driven environments. Previously, I worked as a Business Development Manager at Bloqhouse Technologies, a blockchain-based fund management platform in Amsterdam. There, I contributed to the growth of digital investment solutions by leveraging blockchain to enhance transparency and efficiency for fund managers and investors. In addition, I hold a Colorado Real Estate License and have a long-standing passion for real estate and development. Inspired by past hands-on experience in construction, I continue to explore opportunities at the intersection of real estate, finance, and analytics. I’m currently seeking full-time opportunities where I can bring together my business background and data expertise to help teams make smarter, insight-driven decisions.
