About Liam Kearns

I am a currently a senior at Miami University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance through The Farmer School of Business. I have a strong interest in financial analysis, investment strategy, and capital markets, and I am constantly seeking opportunities to expand my skill set across the broad spectrum of finance and real estate. This past summer, I had the opportunity to work as a Business Analyst Intern at Ashling Partners, a firm focused on intelligent automation solutions. In this role, I gained exposure to both technical tools and business processes, including hands-on experience with Blue-Works Live, a cloud-based process modeling platform. I worked alongside experienced analysts to evaluate workflows, identify inefficiencies, and support clients in optimizing their operations through data-driven solutions. This experience enhanced my analytical thinking and gave me a better understanding of how technology and finance intersect in today\'s business environment. For Summer 2025, I have accepted a Commercial Real Estate Internship at Goodman Real Estate Services, where I look forward to applying and expanding my finance knowledge—particularly in areas such as market research, real estate transactions, and investment sales.
