I specialise in data visualisation, with over 8 years of experience using Power BI and Tableau.I joined O2 in September 2017 as part of the future leader graduate scheme, completing a leadership qualification accreditated by the CMI. I was \"Tableau Champion\" for the O2 B2B sales team. At Dale Farm, I provided data-driven insights to all areas of the business using Power BI, from farmers to senior leaders. During my time at Axiom I have transformed manual processes, using Tableau to automate data allowing for performance management and reporting up to board level. I currently lead the Talent Operations team, providing strategic insights on our network of legal talent.I achieved a degree in politics at Lancaster University, whilst also working as a referee and student ambassador. My work as a referee requires tough decision-making with no room for error, in a high-pressure and fast-paced sporting environment. My other experiences in football, as a player, coach and volunteer, display my enjoyment at working in a team and love of sports.
