As the Executive Director of HOST, I am the central figure who ensures our entire team is aligned with our strategy and values, driving collective impact and progress globally. I set operational objectives, make key hiring and firing decisions, and sign off on all operations, providing strategic direction and oversight. Leading our Alignment, Governance, and Programmes, Services and Resources teams, I also contribute to our Fundraising and Communications, Sales and Marketing Teams, cultivating a culture of collaboration and innovation.My leadership role encompasses providing guidance to internal and external stakeholders, driving financial resilience, and building HOST\'s organisational identity as a partner for the world’s change-makers. I am responsible for managing our teams, including Finance, Fiscal Hosting, Fundraising, and Governance, whilst ensuring we recruit top talent and provide ongoing development opportunities to nurture their growth. I also oversee our programmes and services, prioritising those that offer the greatest social return on investment, and drive our fundraising strategy to secure multi-year funding, enabling HOST to scale its impact and support social movements globally.Ultimately, I am accountable to HOST\'s Board, reporting on progress and operations whilst working closely with our Board Chair to review and refine our strategy. This ensures that HOST remains focused on its mission, adapts to emerging challenges, and continues to drive transformative change globally.
